During a staffing crisis in Europe, bars and restaurants struggled to find young people who were willing to work. Besides not wanting to get yelled at by Karens, this career-oriented generation doesn’t see the point of working in the service industry if it doesn’t contribute to their long-term career. So we got Heineken to help bars out by accepting bar experience as work experience.
